Description of the service

Apartment Management provides tools to help manage apartment / society buildings, such as recording flats, owners and occupants, service-charge invoicing, payments, costs, maintenance tickets, and reports. Features may change over time. The service is provided “as is” except where the law does not allow that wording.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Subscriptions and fees

If you purchase a paid plan, fees and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in your account area. Failure to pay may result in suspension or loss of access. Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at the time of purchase or as required by law.

Your content

You keep ownership of data you enter. You give us permission to host, process, and back up that data only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of owner, occupant, and financial information you store.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service—for example, by attempting to break security, overload systems, scrape data without permission, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may affect the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, a nominal amount), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes to the service or terms

We may change features or these terms. We will post updated terms on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms, except where the law requires a different process.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operation of Apartment Management, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local laws give you stronger rights.
